This Privacy Policy describes how Vaultory ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by You&I Marketing, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Vaultory Inventory Sync application ("the App") for Shopify.
Vaultory is a tool designed solely for inventory management. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Shopify product and inventory data is fetched in real time and is not stored on our servers. Notes and order dates entered in the Stock Levels section are stored securely using Upstash Redis, hosted on AWS in the EU (London, UK), with encryption in transit via TLS.
Your Shopify access token is stored as an encrypted environment variable in our Netlify serverless infrastructure and is never exposed to the browser or third parties.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties, except for the infrastructure providers required to operate the App:
Notes and order dates stored in the App are retained until you request deletion or uninstall the App. Upon uninstallation, we will delete all associated stored data within 30 days upon request.
